This program is geared toward individuals who are responsible for installing and maintaining signs and pavement markings on our roads and who want to obtain a high level of professional certification.

This program is to renew CURRENT IMSA/FOA CFOT certifications ONLY. If you hold the old Fiber Optics for ITS LV1 or LV2 certification(s) you will need to enroll in the full 3-day CFOT program.

This program is designed to introduce the designer or manager to the process of fiber optic network design and the implementation of that design in a real-world project. This program is not intended to be an entry level program. Students should have the IMSA/FOA Certified Fiber Optics Technician certification OR experience in fiber plant installation and testing knowledge.
