You and Your shall hereinafter refer to the Customer (Student).
The Company may from time-to-time provide various courses, programs, and associated material for sale on this Website. The Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our courses, programs, and associated material (collectively the “Courses”) for your own personal or internal business use. Except as otherwise provided, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, copy, reproduce, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, alter, enhance or in any way exploit any of the Courses in any manner. By ordering or participating in Courses, you agree that the Courses you purchase or download may only be used by you for your own personal or business reference and may not be sold or redistributed without the express written consent of the Company. By ordering or participating in Courses, you further agree that you shall not create any derivative work based upon the Courses and you shall not offer any competing products or services based upon any information contained in the Courses.
You agree that the Company is not liable for any loss of information or for a purposeful or accidental disclosure of your personal information which may include, but is not limited to, your Name, Address, Email, License Numbers, Credit Card Numbers, Account Numbers, Banking Information, or any other personal or confidential information that may be lost, stolen or compromised in any way. Use of the company website, payment system, receipt system, or registration portal are at your own risk, and you accept as an express term of use that you accept all liability or risk of loss for using the same.
You agree that your registration is not complete until payment is received by Us.
About Phase Academy LLC is not liable for any damages whatsoever including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages, that may be incurred by you due to a cancellation of a scheduled class including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations. Your sole remedy shall be the refund of the course fees paid by customer.
About Phase Academy LLC shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in the training materials nor shall the Company be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the training materials or other information conveyed at an About Phase Academy LLC course.
About Phase Academy LLC reserves the right to cancel or change a program at any time for reasons including but not limited to, lack of participation, classroom, equipment, or trainer availability, or low enrollment numbers. Whenever possible, notification will be provided within 14 days of the program. If 14-day notice is not provided, you will be given a full refund. If minimum enrollment numbers are not met you will be offered the following options:

Cancel and receive a full refund
All cancellations must be received in writing (postal/email acceptable).
Timing of Cancellation:
15+ Days before the class – No Fee, Full Refund.
3-10 Days before the class - 15% Fee, 85% Refunded.
1-3 Days before class or no-shows – No Refunds or Credit Offered.
Exam registrant subsitutions may be made up to 10 days before the start of the scheduled program.
Renewal registrant substitutions may be made up to the start of the scheduled program.
