CFOS/O - Certified Fiber Optic Specialist, Outside Plant - is the FOA certification for technicians installing outside plant (OSP) fiber optic cable plants and communications systems. It expands on the CFOT KSAs to include OSP construction and installation of aerial and underground cable plants.
