Tom Collins

My name is Tom Collins and I would like to tell you a little about my myself. First of all, I am retired. I travel around the country delivering Fiber Optic Programs for organizations such as The Fiber Optic Association, International Municipal Signaling Association, and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.  I have been in the electrical and telecommunication field for over 40 years and a retired College Professor for 28+ years of instruction.

Interests

I am very passionate about training and passing on the knowledge and skills I have acquired and continue to attain to those I instruct.

  • Northern Kentucky University – Post Bachelor Degree in Construction Engineering
  • University of Cincinnati – Bachelor of Science Degree
  • Fiber Optic Association – Master Trainer and Board of Directors Member, 20+ years
  • Master Electrician – State of Kentucky
  • Journeyman Electrician – IBEW Local 212
