I have been a Moderator/Instructor for my County Traffic Crews over 30 years. Having 53 employees, we held monthly safety meetings and equipment training. With over 30 years experience in the Traffic field, I have a great deal of personal knowledge in Maintenance and Construction work sites.
I'm also been a Moderator/Instructor for IMSA (International Municipal Signal Association) for over 30 years. As a member of the Florida IMSA Board I've had opportunity to Moderate/Instruct classes within Florida and at the IMSA National Conventions as well as Puerto Rico.
