Linda Lang

Linda brings decades of executive-assistant experience and a strong background in education from her work as a teacher. She’s the organizational backbone of APA —managing calendars, coordinating communications, and keeping projects on track across multiple stakeholders.

With a calm, service-oriented approach and meticulous attention to detail, Linda ensures instructors, recruits, and host companies get what they need—precisely when they need it.

Mike Berens

I have been a Moderator/Instructor for my County Traffic Crews over 30 years. Having 53 employees, we held monthly safety meetings and equipment training. With over 30 years experience in the Traffic field, I have a great deal of personal knowledge in Maintenance and Construction work sites.

Ray Gorman

I am currently an Instructor for Advance and Intermediate Temporary Traffic Control (Maintenance of Traffic) and a moderator numerous International Municipal Signal Association programs.

Stacey Mueller

So, I'm the head lunatic at this particular asylum :D  I've been working in the transportation infrastructure industry in one form or fashion for over 20 years. Most days I absolutely love my job and really enjoy helping my students get the certifications that move them up in their company or help them get raises... other days I need more coffee :)

Taylor Mitchell

Taylor brings a unique blend of technical skills and administrative experience to the APA team. As an IMSA-certified Traffic Signal Technician I and IMSA Traffic Signal Inspector, she understands the hands-on challenges faced by today’s signal professionals.

Before joining APA, she served as an administrator for an engineering consulting firm, supporting project coordination and field operations. Taylor now applies her knowledge and skills to ensure every program runs smoothly across each phase of their training journey.

Tom Collins

My name is Tom Collins and I would like to tell you a little about my myself. First of all, I am retired. I travel around the country delivering Fiber Optic Programs for organizations such as The Fiber Optic Association, International Municipal Signaling Association, and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.  I have been in the electrical and telecommunication field for over 40 years and a retired College Professor for 28+ years of instruction.

Tyson Evatz

I've been with Pinellas County Transportation for 20 years managing the Signal Operations, Signs and Markings, and ITS Systems. Before that I managed the Traffic Department for a Municipality near Cleveland Ohio for 11 years .
