I've been with Pinellas County Transportation for 20 years managing the Signal Operations, Signs and Markings, and ITS Systems. Before that I managed the Traffic Department for a Municipality near Cleveland Ohio for 11 years .
For the last 20 years, I've been heavily involved with the International Municipal Signal Association both as Florida Section President and as Director at Large for the National IMSA Board of Directors. For most of my 20 years in the association, I've been teaching Certification Courses and working on course development.
