Taylor Mitchell

Taylor brings a unique blend of technical skills and administrative experience to the APA team. As an IMSA-certified Traffic Signal Technician I and IMSA Traffic Signal Inspector, she understands the hands-on challenges faced by today’s signal professionals. 

Before joining APA, she served as an administrator for an engineering consulting firm, supporting project coordination and field operations. Taylor now applies her knowledge and skills to ensure every program runs smoothly across each phase of their training journey.
